When our bodies consume protein, it is broken down into amino acids. This is what our body uses to rebuild tissue. We recommend a healthy serving of protein with each meal to help your body restore itself.

We have selected a protein powder which is dairy free, gluten free and vegan friendly. It contains L-Arginine which is an amino acid for cellular repair to improve blood flow, increase oxygen delivery and improve fat survival.
